Kate Gallagher is a writer director and editor based in los angeles california. Gallagher employeed a team of volunteers with promise of credit, reimbursement for rental fees. None of these agreements were upheld. Volunteer crew never received credit and also lost money on the project as rental fees were paid out of pocket. Gallagher also made the decision to use the image and likeness of an individual in a commercial marketing campaign without consent. Gallagher cited "verbal contracts" though none of the verbal contracts she agreed to about reimbursement or credit were upheld on her end. Kate Gallagher lied in order to make her terrible project happen and should not be trusted. Get everything in writing when doing business with her as she has no integrity.
