katie and kassi designs Company did not deliver goods as ordered. Promised to fix but ended up being a NO SHOW Bakersfield California
I asked Wendi of Katie and Kassi Designs to create custom bedding for my duaghter's room. She delivered the products later than expected As such wer were not able to set the room up before the baby arrived. When the bedding arrived, some of the tiems were not made to the specifications that were ordered. I contacted Wendi and she promised to fix. I have since contacted Wendi on several occasions and she has not responded. Her workmanship is good but she is full of empty promises. She did not deliver on time and still has not reached out to me to fix the issues. As such I have several peices of the collection that I ordered that I am unable to use. It's been well over 90days and I still havenot heard from Wendi of Kate and Kassi Designs
