Kelvin Johnson Illegally sold the truck he was supposed to be fixing Pensacola Florida

Kelvin Jackson is a con-artist who is a mechanic by trade. He is from Greenville Alabama and currently works in Pensacola Fl. He befriended me and convinced me to put my Tow Truck (which cost me $7,000.00) in the Shop he worked at, and said he would fix it for a low price. I paid him 1,500.00 cash to order a new bumper, tires, and a winch. He stole my money and never ordered the parts and then illegally sold my truck and kept the money. He lied constantly about the progress and whereabouts of my truck.

To transfer ownership on a vehicle one must have title work done. How did this guy get the title from you? How did the title get transferred without your knowledge? I suspect there's much more to this story than you are telling.
