Ken Pressner Ultimate Zapper Lied about refund $75. Said to return as "repair" instead of return so he wouldn't be charged. I shipped to unknown person. CANADA Internet
Paid $162 and he refunded me $75. I had to pay for return shipping which cost $23, so I ended up with a refund of $52. He had me send my unit to an unknown person, and stated the return must be listed as a "repair" so he didn't get charged by Canada customs duty fees, and said they are not legally empowered to act in this way. He had me list the value at $10. These are both lies and this man is hiding his business; he is not legit. I had to write on the box, "Defective Pulse Generator For Repair" in all caps. He needs to be shut down. BTW, he made me wait three weeks before he would refund. STEER CLEAR!
