Kens Cars And Credit repossed my car after making arrangements to make payments after only owing 340.00 for the the car i gave them 2000 cash and had to pay 640.00 was 13 days late due to me being away out of town for funeral my dads of all people called and told them that i was out of town Melbourne Florida
First of all ken at kens cars in credit is not a business man at all.. Gave this car dealer 2000 and owed only 340.00 made arrangements to pay off the balance and the night before i was suppose to pay it off he repos it.. ok fine paid 340.00 and then of course he tacked on the 495 repo fee.. for which i never got a receipt for to see what the break down of the charges were.. As soon as i asked him for a receipt he says "why You going to sue me" that is the only thing the man kept saying says i am not going to give you one cause you are going to sue me.. what it all boils down to is the guy has a illegal reposser. made my complaints already and also going to the county because from my understanding you cannot store or use residential property for a business to store cars. Ken says he uses midway recovery and the only midway recovery that was listed for repossession was in hollywood florida. find it hard to believe that he would use someone 200 miles away! i know how these guys operate and they cant sell much cars so he repos to get the 495 for extra cash ..Just beware of these guys you are a week late or a day late he makes his money that way..i would have told him to keep the car but i only owed 340 on it ...a lesson learned so for you guys out there just be careful when dealing with them..

From what I read if he is goung to treat customers that way I would advise folks not to do business with them .
