I had come across this company on facebook. I wanted to grow my hair out. It seemed worth trying since it was a free trial. Or I thought it was free!
I paid a few dollars for a shipping fee and in a few days recieved the product. The boxes came to me smashed to heck, but I tried it any way. I knew I didnt like it as soon as I tried it.
The product made my hair feel like straw, took out my shine and luster, and made my hair fall out with in 2 uses. I stop use all together and figured,"Oh well it was free."
I then called the company to tell them that I didnt want to continue the order. They were very aggressive in trying to keep me. They offered me free gifts and reduced prices. I told the no more than 5 times.
I started getting very fustrated with them because I just didnt want the product. Even if it worked I wouldnt want it. More than a $100 a month for a hair product.
Finally; I got through the thick skull of this shark salesman. Thats when I found out that I was going to mail back the product in seperate orders. It cost $3-4 to send it to me and about $20 to send it back to them.
Now when I think the nightmare is over I get something in the mail. Its a bill for the stuff I sent back. I recieved this product, sent it back, and cancelled it in October. They sent me a bill in January.
By the end of it... Or what I hope is the end of it, I could help but curse them out.
Please for the love of god. Never ever ever get a product from this company. They make car salesman look like angels.
Its just not worth it.
