i forgot to mention Jessica states my wife was a former member of ukc.. We have never even heard of this kennel club until her post.. We checked it out after Jessica's post.. This club isn't even legit.. And we certainly have never been a member of this so called club.. Check it out online.. Another one of many lies if Jessica witcraft

 Jessica witcraft doesn't know how to tell the truth. She did call my vet. My vet wouldn't speak to her. Also, the snap chat she posted has nothing in it. It's just a picture. Jessica did say she would take back puppy and refund our money.. Which was another lie and an email to place in here.. She attempts to bend everything in her favor... Jessica fails miserably. As far as her talking to my husband, another lie. He has tried to contact her many time and she will not answer the phone.. She is the unstable mentally ill individual and everyone that has had any dealings with her knows it. A person can tell how mentally off she is by talking to her via phone call. This is the reason why when she sells a pup she only corresponds via text or email. This individual in breeds theses animals to the point that it is a form of abuse, a very cruel act that's for nothing more than money. Her and her live in don't have a job they strictly live off of these innocent animals.. Several have died from in breeding and filthy conditions. Including the one me and my husband purchased from her.One good thing is they did lose their license to breed .. Jessica is being investigated for forging vetinarian documents. .  Jessica and David, The attachments you have posted in this complaint is what? I see no recorded conversation you had with my vet, because there is not one. No dr. Discusses patient info. The pup we bought from you has 4 diseases. You never offered us anything only told one lie after the next. My husband has discussed nothing with you and the other attachments you posted are more of your evil scam inventions.. Not one attachment you posted is a discussion with me nor my husband.. You say you have a law suit against me?? Another lie.. It's a didgrace that you and your David make an honest living.. Neither of you have a job. You both make a living off of breeding innocent dogs to death and then scam innocent victims of circumstance.. The information of the state of texas is on line . I will post it on here shortly to prove what I'm saying and your license was suspended due to your dogs living in filthy consitions and I have called the AKC. A very small number of your dogs are AKC registered. Every word about, puppy guarantees, vaccines, worming, etc. in reference to the pups you sell is all a scam and false statements. I hope people look into you and see for themselves the evil you are capable of. If anyone needs additional information on Jessica's animal abuse, bogus website, dog clubs, evil scams, etc. please contact me. However, I will post most of what I have. Me and at the present time, 20 others ( there are so many others that have came forward) are Suing Jessica and David witcraft so I cannot post everything I have due to our up & coming court case against Jessica & David. When the court battle is over I will post everything . However, I will post everything I can post at the present time.

 Burnt kerosene Jessica witcraft has never talked to my husband nor my vet. Think about it.. No vet discusses any clients business. Everyone I've talked to has said and it is immensely obvious the girl and her David are liars with major mental issues. Neither hold a job, strictly live off breeding these poor dogs to death . Attached is another image of another bogus dog club created by Jessica. I called AKC and none of the pups are registered with AKC only a few of their retired dogs that they say they are still breeding, in which they are not. More lies. Jessica sent me scams of lies emails & text.. All a part of her scam. She never went through with anything she said. My advice if you are in this situation with her.. Do not respond, she will only show her scam side of it. I will post the entire email and text conversations

 Burnt kerosene blue Heelers/Jessica & David witcraft are both liars. They run a puppy mill operation that is in fact a scam. Jessica has never talked to my vet and does not have all of the pups paperwork that she sold us. Is only showing what few things that were healthy about the puppy. She has indeed list her breeding license with the state of texas. She has scammed so many.. The pups are not registered with any legit dog club, she has made a few bogus ones up. The pups they sell are in fact sick, have never been seen by a vet, 0 worming, 0 vaccines..However, the word is getting out. Several of us victims are suing her and I cannot say more at this time.. First off!  Loni Duggan AKA "Corgi Mom" AKA Spook   This dog that you speak of you never purchased from the breeder you mentioned above, The dog was adopted to ROBERT LACKEY and not for the price you listed, the dog was tested for hearing and sight prior to the adoption and here is ROBERT LACKY'S  response you your posting. We immediately contacted the original adopter as we have not even been notified of such claims nor been sent any documents. His response below.   MESSAGES FROM ORIGINAL ADOPTER "Who signed a contract NOT to rehome, give or surrender to anyone but the breeder" Clearly BREACHED our contract. That was our one and only litter with dubble merle puppies. My mother in law has a puppy from this litter and thier is no issues with him. .................  Please read all! To verify our dogs are registered contact AKC 919-233-9767 Second contact our vet hospital to verify we take care of our animals 830-625-8074 Also you can call the TDLR " Texas licensing and regulations to verify that we are exempt from licencing because of our livestock training 512-463-6599. I am also including screenshots of email correspondence with TDLR. Colleen purchase a puppy from us a few months ago and spent ample time with the puppy before she actually purchased and took the puppy home. On her way home she start sending hundreds of texts that the dog was sick however the dog was not especially since she had just spent over half an hour with the dog before she even purchased. We knew the dog wasn't sick but we told her to bring the dog back anyway she said maybe next week . A couple of the dogs siblings were shipped and all passed their health certificate here within days of the dog she purchased going home with her. In her health report that she did within the first 24 hours confirmed that the dog was HEALTHY and the vet stated that the dog was hydrated she had pink gums she was a healthy girl and she had a great prognosis however Colleen maintained that the dog was sick which did not coincide with what the veterinarian said. We called the veterinarian and talked to them about the health and her vet Hospital let us know that's a dog indeed was healthy and passed the health check. Things just didn't seem right that someone would continue to say something that was obviously proved wrong I started doing some research on her finding that she was removed from you UKC from UKC members and also stories the she was a Jack Russell breeder and was removed for violations and causing much drama in the club. I was also told by a breeder who sold her dogs that they had a contract and the dogs went missing and colleen could care less where the dogs were. So I became very concerned about the baby and I offered to give a full refund and even offered to give $500 extra just to get the dog back. We are also told by her Ex-husband who is her caretaker and lives with her. That she is mentally unstable and when we asked about the care of the dog he stated he would be involved. She refuse to meet me at my vet clinic to return the dog even though she wanted to return the dog she continued to make up excuses to not return her. Once we told her the dog will be receiving a full diagnostic testing she completely flipped out because she knew she would be caught in a lie . we desperately do want our dog back because we feel it is in an unsafe situation however we are also dealing with a person who seems to be mentally unstable. We have also tried to FedEx AKC papers to her yet she thinks this is a scam I'm not sure how it could be so she's refusing to receive her papers for her puppy that is registered. And what she can easily call AKC and verify however she refuses to give her address and continues a charade. We do currently have a lawsuit against this woman and we will keep you guys posted I will be posting a lot of screenshots of correspondence between her and I health certificates.  I'm so sorry to hear about your little dog and your nightmare of an experience with Jessica witcraft. I too am a victim. I wish I had known about this breeder Before hand. My story is being prepared It will be lengthy and detailed. I intend on doing everything I can to Put a stop to taking advantage of Innocent people and abusing these Innocent animals. The pup I recently purchased is ate up With parasites and has 3 diseases. She of course Denys this even after seeing Photos and my vet reports.
