Kevin and Ellen Nickell Suckered me into renting a house that they knew was being forclosed on littleton, Colorado
I rented a house from these people at the end of July and not one month later we got a notice on our door saying that the house I just moved into was being foreclosed on. I called the Landlady immediately and she said that I should not worry about it an that they were a little behind but that they were working with the bank.
Shortly after that I was told that they were indeed being foreclosed on and that they would be putting the house up for sale. Also that I would have to leave when people came over to look at it. I have gone around with her about this and I dont want to leave my stuff with people I do not know. Plus I have pets and it is a huge pain to even show it in the first place. I have tried to be nice about it but now that it is getting down to the wire they are being disrespectful and not giving me any notice about when people are coming and telling me I have to leave because the people have been complaining and saying they are uncomfortable with me being there when they come to look at it. I am mad and outraged by this and feel that I should have more rights when it comes to this. But here it is again...don't have money and ya can't do nothing...people walk all over you like you are dirt when you don't know what your rights are and don't have anyway to know what they are without a lawyer. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!
