Kevin Mills most likely wrote all of the rebuttals himself. It is very much like him to do that. Notice how there is never any contact information, no proof that the person exists, no proof of anything. Well, I have proof that he defrauded me out of five thousand dollars and have a number of witnesses who can attest that he has bilked them out of tens of thousands. I tried to bring him to small claims court, but he is always on the move.

He knows that people are trying to find him to sue him. The FBI needs to get involved in this and the FTC because his scams cross state lines. He is duping people from coast to coast. His Millionnaire 101 program promised a one-hour weekly mentoring session. I think I got three of those instead of fifty-two. He promises unlimited instructional workshops and trainings, but then when you try to actually attend one, they are "closed" or "canceled," etc.

They never happen, so you can't ever utilize something that you've paid for. He pretends to be many different people in his alleged organization, but it's really all him. He gets a lot of his marks through speaking at various Learning Annexes. Stay away from him! If you pay him through PayPal, he will do just enough to squeak by the ninety-day complaint period before he--AND YOUR MONEY--is gone. He must be stopped.

These so-called people who are saying he is honest or helpful are probably either him pretending to be other people or friends of his or something. They could not possibly be actual students or clients of his. I know about EIGHT people, besides myself and this other person, who have been completely ripped off by this guy. He made promises he didn't deliver and disappeared before you could do anything about it. He is a criminal and operates using a criminal network across state lines. I don't know who Rollie is, but I totally agree with him because the same exact thing happened to me. Kevin Mills needs to be stopped before he ruins any more lives or takes financial advantage over any more trusting people. He says he's going to bring all these people to court. That's a joke. That will never happen because he knows that if he ever showed up in a court with any of these people who have been robbed by him, he would get hauled off to jail so fast, he couldn't NLP-talk his way out of it!

I am is one of many students who attended his seminar.  He's nice and he's not like what you've described.  He has many students and I am curious why you are the one who bad mouth him?  Who are you?

Rollie,

Countless times I tried to work things out with you and you wouldn't. You were given new mentors you never answered their calls, emails, kept appointments.
I personally met with you many, many times and tried to resolve your issues and each time it seemed that maybe we had and you never followed through. To begin with and most importantly, the program was administered by another company using my name and processes, etc and that was with my approval, though now I realize it was a mistake. I didn't have the control over it that perhaps you assumed that I did. I had a specific role in the program and that was mostly the use of my name, likeness, image, etc. I went above and beyond what I was supposed to because I enjoyed working with many of the participants. Since this did have my name on it I tried to make it right with you even though it was really something that should have been left to the company that had established the program and was administering it.
I think you wanted me to do everything for you and just hand you the proceeds and the program wasn't set up like that. In fact, it wasn't set up for me to be a mentor or have any involvement in it other than as the author of the training materials, to give classes, etc, I offered to get certain individuals started and gave them some personal direction but I was not in a position to be a personal mentor to everyone in the program, I didn't have that time and you and everyone else were told that you would be assigned a mentor and you were. Most of the participants excelled with their mentors and the advice they took in the program.
I really am sorry that you feel the way that you do. Personally when I met you I thought you were a nice guy, I was surprised to hear that you were on here saying the things that you were saying.
Rollie, no one is perfect, I should probably not have lent my name and reputation to a program set up and run by someone else, it was a mistake but I didn't know that at the time. There were literally thousands of people who took place in these programs and even more who were students. Unfortunately you cannot please everyone. The fact that there were 10's of thousands of people and so far fortunately only you complaining should speak volumes.
Just you being disappointed makes me unhappy and I'm sorry for your disappointment.
If it makes you happy, I have turned to focusing only on my own investing even though I get calls all of the time from publishers, schools, The Learning Annex and other institutions asking me to provide course work, speak, provide a program. I constantly meet past students and people who were in a lecture of mine in the past and they are positive about the experience and want to know if I have anything new. I don't though I have found ways to help out individuals where I can and that seems to be a good fit for now.
Even though I really feel as though the obligations here are with the company who set up and ran the program. An email was sent to you with everything you need to contact an established real estate mentoring program that has a great track record and is absolutely unrelated and not associated with me. I have already covered the entire cost of this for one year. It is now up to you. If you truly wanted a program that would provide this, then you now have the offer, it is up to you to make it work. No blame. It is entirely in your hands now. Good luck.
I really truly am sorry that you were disappointed and I am sad that you blame me.
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors and hope that you can find a way to reconcile the blame and forgive me for whatever transgressions you feel I have inflicted upon you.
