I could not believe my eyes when I read this ridiculous book that suggested a diet that includes dangerous practices, taking nearly every type of weight loss supplement, and combining nearly every diet that I had ever heard of into one using enemas and human growth injections as well. Wow! this is extremely dangerous and should be recalled and all of the money should be refunded to us , the naive consumers who were stupid enought to fall for such a dangerous hoax!
