KIA Corporation KIA refuses to honor their 100K mile warranty Houston Texas
Joe Meyers KIA in Houston, Texas refuses to honor their 100,000-mile warranty on their drive train. Their claim is that something flew up under my car, knocked a hole in my transmission casing and cracked the transmission case.
Fat chance!
Had a retired mechanical engineer take a look at it and showed me how the hole blew from the inside out. At 99,000 miles, they just want to get out of their responsibility.The service advisor is an idiot and professional liar who is used to lying and saving the company money.
I would strongly recommend avoiding KIA at all costs. I have had nothing but problems with my KIA since I have owned it.
