I ordered 20xoven safe glasslock containers from this company online on 2 November 2016 for $160 to be shipped to my residence in New Zealand. Payment was accepted on the same day. No replies or estimated time of delivery was given. Vendor did not ship the item, and no item was received. Vendor did not reply to my e-mails sent on 8th and 15th November 2016 and phone call and voice mail on 15th November 2016. Vendor did not return my phone call. I have filed a dispute with my credit card, and had successfully got a refund back. I believe this company is conducting illegal scams to unsuspecting victims. ie. you buy their products, and they never ship the item. To this day, the seller never contacted me. This website was incomplete and was not meant to have been live at the time of the purchase. I would like the opportunity to rectify this issue as it was a once off and we were oblivious to your troubles.
