King Remodeling, Alex Brody Shady and slow Belleville New Jersey
My mom needed a new rear door and called a few places but decided to go with King Remodeling. Alex Brody, her salesperson gave a great speech about them but they failed to follow through on being as good as he suggested. She ordered her door, which due to an unusual size had to be special ordered. Alex measured the doorway and then another person came out and also measured. They both recorded that the door is 25 inches across. By September, the door had still not been delivered and they made up continual excuses as to why. At one point in August, they said that they door was being made. Unacceptable! When someone finally showed up on September 16, we discovered that the door was 29 inches instead of 25 and would not fit. When my mother called to complain, convenietly, Alex was not in. Don't use King Remodeling for your household remodeling needs. Go with another company.
