Going into the office was okay the guy C.D (Claude) gives me an estimate on my taxes. He tells me that I will be getting a refund of $5,551 and after fees I will receive $5,134. So I tell him to go ahead and file my taxes. He asked me if I would like to see if I qualify for the refund anticipation loan. I tell him yes after 30 minutes he tells me that the bank did not authorize it but he will keep trying and call him tomorrow at 12:00. So I call tomorrow the person that answers tells me my check is not in yet call at 4:00. I call at 4:00 and still nothing call tomorrow. This happens numerous times until I decide to go up to the office. I then talk to another guy named Teech who acts like he has no access to my information and tries to get ahold of Claude. Still nothing. I leave the office with no help except the Teech guy tells me that if I did not qualify for the loan then they will receive my check on the 26th of the month but this might not be the case for me I just need to call back and talk to Claude. So I call and call and call. Finally I talk to Claude he tells me that my information did not go through that I just need to go somewhere else to file my taxes. So I go somewhere else. When I went to another tax place this is where I find out that my taxes have already been filed with Kingdom tax service and the irs website does not say I will be getting back $5,551 it says I will be getting back $5,869 so that means they were trying to take $735 of my money from me without me knowing. So of course I have to call the place back because they have already sent my information to the irs. Claude tells me that for some reason the bank they go through kicked out my information so the irs will be sending me a check I should receive it by the 30th of the month. For some reason I had a bad feeling about this so I have my friend check it on the website and it says your check will be direct deposited on the 26th of the month. To what account? I dont have a bank account! So of course I have to call kingdom tax service back. The guy tells me that I am trippin about my money in those exact words. He tells me I need to call the irs and find out where they are sending my money. So after talking with the irs I find out that my money is going to their bank the guy was lying the whole time. Now he wont get on the phone and talk to me. First they tried to get me for $735 now they are trying to say they are not getting my check. That is $5,869 I want my money and I am not paying them any type of fees they did not do anything I asked and put me through hell. I still have not received my money but I will have more information after the 26th. This place should be shut down!!!!! Do not go there to file your taxes!!!!

I found out this guy Claude Kennedy is not even authorized to be filing taxes. He has been working under someone elses name Tich Gandhle. I still have not received my check I finally found out why. I did not get approved for the loan because he gave the bank a wrong ss# for me. The bank has my money but cannot give me any information because he gave them a wrong ss#. They told me they will be sending me a check but of course he didnt give them the right address. I have to wait 30 more days to have another transaction. This guy did this on purpose I beleive he found out that he is dealing with a really smart person that will find out that he is fraud and he doesnt like it. He doesnt want me to receive my money so he is doing these things on purpose. These people are now under investigation for tax fraud and I found out from the irs they have been under investigation for a while now. Kingdom tax isnt even what they go through its taxreturns.com that isnt a company either. If you want your taxes done right you are better off filing yourself. These people are driving around Mercedes Benz with 20 inch rims and they probably got them by taking peoples tax money
