I hate to break your bubble. How do you know this Bradbury guy did this? You don't. That's because the Ripoff Report does not give out that information. There's no evidence. So quit slandering this person. It's probably a former disgruntled boss of Biggs Cardosa Associates who is saying things that are not even true.

Let me first say that I know Chris Bradbury and Biggs Cardosa Associates. I worked for the company for 4 years...In all this time there were no safety meetings as per OSHA guidlines, no training, no IPP, No PPE's and little concern for the field employees safety or well being . Money was the main driver of this company. I also would like to report that for 18 years this company certified welds that were to be in compliance with AWS and when I arrived they didn't even own a volt/amp meter to verify welding procedures. I had to educate these guys and they thought they were Gods ! Besides their carelessness for safety they signed off on numerous non-compliant issues because they were the engineers as well as the inspection agency. A conflict of interest ! They boast value engineering when they design un-prequalified welding joints and pass the costs of this on to their clients. They got away with unethical behavior, fraud, and issues of great importance to people and families. They lobby and give money to the left and the right only to support their existence as engineers.....what I saw and experienced was a second rate bunch of know nothing wheeler dealers and if you got in their way or became a dealbuster you were gonna hear it . This only touches the tip of the iceburg ! Chris is rightfully obsessed with this company...they are taking money from him & his family becasue their high power mouthpieces overwhelmed Chris who could not afford counsel..It is my understanding that Chris was fired for bringing to the attention of the company a design flaw on a house that snow loads were not calculated for. Instead of praising Chris for his good catch on one of their numerous flaws they got rid of him . The company boasts they never lay people off ...well that is true ! They fire them ! I have numerous documented inspection reports and plans that have company flaws so this is not anything new for this company....As I see it Chris is hurt and instead of helping the guy heal they dumped him and now garnish his wages. Chris has a new baby too ! As for me, well this company cheated me and my family out of prevailing wages that were due to me for working on public works projects . To this day they owe me several thousand dollars . I took them to small claims court but like Chris I was not privy to every rule . The company admitted to the court that they cheated me out right , admitting they owed me money . Then cited a statute of limitations law for penalties...NOT WAGES ! So the inexperienced pro-temp took it under submission and ruled in their favor.... The Company still cheated me and they know they once again got away with $crewing over good employees and their families. The statute of limitations did not run out for wages and I did not appeal because it just isn't worth looking at these selfish, corrupt, unethical, and self absorded individuals anymore. The company was found guilty in the jurisdiction of San Jose and paid restitution for about 10 thousand dollars. They were not fined or forced to pay penalties because they are "Friends of the City". Guilty ! It is my understanding that this company wants to put Chris in jail for expressing himself in his own way and by the first amendment . They way I see it is that the principles of this company belong behind bars............ So Biggs Carboso Associates isn't the company they would like you to believe ! They prey on their hard working employees ! This is the way I see it in my opinion. To advocate a company who is above the law , powerful , and lacking moral fiber is dishonorable to say the least. Tell the nice people who read this about the 100 mile guarantee Steve & Mark..You know , the 100 miles you told us to put down as mileage on top of our actual mileage for the day on our time sheets....I still have all mine..wanna see them ? How dare you come here to try and tell your side of a convoluted nightmare ! You know who I am ! I am the guy who told you to stick it when you wanted me to sign that over reaching contract to keep quiet..unlike poor Chris ... Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. (www.biggscardosa.com) is a successful and well respected structural engineering firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, as are its principals and employees. Gordon & Rees LLP is a well known national law firm, with over 350 attorneys in sixteen offices across the United States. Regardless of the stated identification of the person making this posting and/or how it is signed, it was authored by Christopher Bradbury, a structural engineer and former at will (i.e. no employment agreement) employee of Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. that was terminated on April 3, 2004. In the Fall of 2004, Mr. Bradbury breached a Separation Agreement by misrepresenting the actual and complete facts of a Biggs Cardosa project that he worked on to third parties via email. In response, BCA asked its counsel, Mr. Andrew Castricone of Gordon & Rees to contact Mr. Bradbury to advise him of the breach and to seek his retraction of the email. Mr. Bradbury apologized, admitted that his comments were disparaging, defamatory, and embellished. He also agreed to and did retract the email, asking that it not be repeated. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Bradbury repeated the content of his email to third parties at a local trade show. Again, Biggs Cardosa requested that the misconduct stop. Mr. Bradbury did not respond. Since then Mr. Bradbury has authored numerous www.ripoffreport.com postings. As a result, Biggs Cardosa was forced to file a lawsuit in the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., et al. v. Bradbury, et al., the facts and history of which are largely misstated and mischaracterized by Mr. Bradbury in his various postings. During the lawsuit, Mr. Bradbury admitted to having posted many RipOff Reports under a variety of titles and making other disparaging publications concerning Biggs Cardosa, its principals, employees and their family members, and attorneys via the internet and other media, including physically posting disparaging material on his automobile for the public to view. At the April 2007 trial, a Santa Clara County jury determined that Mr. Bradbury had breached the Separation Agreement and Release. The jury awarded Biggs Cardosa reimbursement of its damages, costs and attorneys fees, on which Biggs Cardosa was entitled to prejudgment interest. Thereafter, the Court issued a Permanent Injunction mandating that Mr. Bradbury cease all further disparagement of Biggs Cardosa. Despite the above, Mr. Bradbury continues his campaign. In making his new attacks, via www.ripoffreport.com, Mr. Bradbury continues to breach the Separation Agreement and has violated the terms of the Injunction Order.
