Knight Transportation Lied To From Orientation And Every Day Since Las Vegas, Nevada
Knight Transportation is a a complete and total 'Knightmare'. They, like their parent company SWIFT (I say parent because Kevin Knight got his money banging Jerry Moyes' daughter) sell lies and make execellent money doing it. The funny thing is that they make this money off the backs of hard working truckers who are all going broke out here.
Knight says there is no freight but they continue to hire new drivers who will end up making less per mile. They are fond of sitting drivers for 3 and 4 days at a time and then making them fight to get their layover pay. The driver managers are (for the most part) rude and have little to no experience with trucking. Most have never seen the inside of a truck.
Lack of communication has lost them great drivers and accounts but the problem continues unchecked. Many drivers don't get scale tickets and tolls repaid. For a company that boasts being 'debt free' they seem to enjoy keeping the drivers underpaid.
That's all I have time for in this post as we might actually be getting a load out but the Knightmare is never ending so I will keep you posted.
