Kota Scooters Kota Sports, RIPOFF! SCAM! Takes money, lies, and never delivers! Internet
Caution! Do not do business with this company! Kota Scooters and Gary Schuetz are extremely dishonest and will not think twice about taking your money and never delivering the product or giving you a refund. Gary Schuetz actually replied to most of my emails but everything was a lie. He said it would ship soon, never did. He said he would 'trick out' the scooter, never did. He said it had shipped, never did. He said he would give a refund, never did. It was all just a bunch of lies to extend the time and reduce the chances of getting a chargeback. Please do not subject your children to the disappointment that this company delivers.
