KP Management, Lorraine Ponzo ripoff lie mislead Sherman Oaks Long Beach California
When I moved out of this rental apartment, I talked to the apartment manager, Lorraine Ponzo(her phone 562.624.2948) and she told me I need to give a written notice to move out.
so, I gave her a notice around 2nd weekend of the month stating I would like to move out of the apartment on the end of the month. When I gave this to her, I specifically asked her if I can get the whole deposit money back even though my move-out notice is less than 30 days prior to the date of my move out. And she told me yes, it shouldn't be a problem. So, I moved out by the end of the month and turned out, they deducted a half of the deposit since my notice was only 15 days prior to the move out.
I would have stayed in this apartment by the 2nd week of next month since they are going to charge me from the deposit anyways. I was lied by this manager and lost over $350. I even gave her a key back and everything was clean and not damaged. It's my words against them, so I know I don't have a good case.
However, it's very wrong and misleading. This manager, Lorraine Ponzo, is very misleading and doesn't do her job properly.
