Kramer Photographers not worth the price unprofessional very poor customer service false promises Palatine & Naperville Illinois
AVOID THIS PHOTOGRAPHER LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Upon signing contract we were told we would have to sell $680 in extra pictures to keep the proofs. Upon picking up proofs were told we had to sell $1800 worth of extra picture to keep proofs.
Photographer took 4, yes four shots of the grooms family. He refused to go back to brides house after ceremony to do outside photos. Pictures could have been done better by a 10 year old.
Promises were made to do digital work in order to create the photos that were not taken. Great time went in to explaining what was needed to make the order complete and create some photos that should have been taken but were not. We picked up the order almost one year later (save a week) and none of the digital work was done, including the free 16X20 portrait included in the package. They promised to digitally put the bride and groom in an outdoor background and when the portrait was picked up it still had the original church background.
The owner is not only rude and obnoxious but impossible to deal with. He is the nicest salesman upon signing contract and once they have your money he turns into the biggest jerk that ever lived.
