Roger Krause is a partner in the law firm of Krause and Witcher P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. He does not pay for technology services, do not work with him.
A year ago, January 2nd, 2014 we began working with Roger Krause, we were contracted to provide SSEO, LSEO, site design & creation, social media management, and book editing and publishing services. We worked closely with Roger for three months and successfully concluded all work for him, we created 3 finished 55 page websites for him, conducted 80 hours of work managing his social media activity and blogs and performed over 100 hours of LSEO work for him, because of all we did this second rate hack no one had ever heard is now on the first page of google.
We also edited a paperback book he had planned to publish, we sent it to 2 different professional editors and made creative writing revisions personally.
After all our work was concluded and checked a verified by him, "everything looks great" read the final email from him. We sent an invoice in March of 2014, after not receiving any response for over a month we attempted to contact him and were avoided, given the brush off and played games with by his office staff "the check;s in the mail."
After numerous calls to his office he sent us a letter refusing to pay us for our work, claiming that "other persons" said we didn't make him a "real website" and that other work which was clearly done and reviewed by him was left unfinished. He first claimed his partner Bob Witcher, was "too old and stupid to understand the internet" and didn't feel they needed the services, after the work was contracted and done. We responded citing examples and showing proof of work we did and received no response.
That was in March of 2014, we have attempted to collect from him numerous times throughout the year and have been avoided or brushed off repeatedly. It is obvious now that Roger Krause is the proverbial ambulance chasing, shady, lying, personal injury lawyer. Consider yourself warned if you ever decide to work with him, and consider yourself out of any compensation you were expecting. He is not a man of integrity, intelligence, or credibility and is the worst kind of client anyone can have.
