Kustom Transmission Took my car to them for transmission RESEAl-Main seal leaking. Leaked worse than when I took it to them when I got it back North Fort Myers Florida
I took my car there for transmission reseal as the main seal was leaking.
Leaked a lot worse when I got it back. Returned it 3 times and they said they fixed it, but evewry morning there was a large puddle of transmission fluid under the car and transmission. As I had charged it on my credit card I am now dealing with them(Visa) to dispute and remove the charges($461.10 from my bill.
Took the car to Lee County Transmissions and the fixed it the first time! The reason given by them is that they did not reseal the transmission correctly and did not replace all seals-they were cracked and leaking and also they did not replace the pump o'ring which was also cracked and leaking-all part of a reseal job as indicated by Rod the owner of Lee County Transmission.
I sent the credit card company all information requested including a letter from Ron-they are not at this time protecting me but Kustom Transmissions by giving me a hard time-I am a senior citizen, my wife is disabled and I am raising a 10 year old grand daughter whom I have had since she was born. My wife and I both have custody papers from our court-Judge.
