I have had a terrible experience with LA Construction & Roofing Inc. Gave a budget and work to be done. The design contract was signed and no updates on estimates were ever given until the very end of the design phase. The end result, $150K over budget that includes $36K in paid design work that is useless to me.
I feel ripped off and out my $36K. In my opinion, its all lose for the customer and all win for them.
