La Perla isn't in compliance with California law regarding return policies .oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/refund_policies

CA law is very clear::

The policy must be displayed either at each entrance to the store, at each cash register and sales counter, on tags attached to each item, or on the company's order forms, if any. A return policy printed only on a receipt, for example, is not sufficient.

If a store violates this law (California Civil Code section 1723), the purchaser can return an item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

Here is the picture of the store the week of purchase as you can see there is no signage at the entrance to the store and you can't see a cash register as it is hidden behind a wall so it isn't possible for there to be visible signage there either. facebook.com/LaPerlaOfficialSite/photos/pb.146948749648.-2207520000.1413231912./10152035559009649/?type=3&theater

 

I have been fighting this for months and complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and also the Office of The Attorney General's office and this is still unresolved and I still don't have my money back.
