several of my co workers joined this club thinking since they were a small business they may really care. Boy were we wrong. They act like they do, before they take your money, then they could care less if they ever see you again. Had we of seen the other complaint, we never would of joined. I became very ill, and my doctor suggested I rest, not work out, until i healed. I took in the letter to the owner, but he replied, you signed a contract and you must pay as stated. This was right after we joined. Since I didn't want to ruin my credit, I did pay, but I asked if I use the time AFTER I was well,as long as I was paying.I was told that I should have been checked out by the Dr. before I joined the club. In other words, I've got your money, too bad for you! Now I am out several hundred dollars, that could have easily went to bills! Please beware of some of these smaller companies-they won't be around much longer with the customer service they have. I wish I would have read to see if they were a member of the BBB or listed here first. I could have saved time, money and heartache.

This company is now going under the name of Ladies Gym Express, as well as Ladies Fitexpress. Same company, same service, same owner.
