LadyTycoonPlace - Lisa And Carlton Applewhite ripoff taking money changed numbers and never sent item total fakes!! Newark, New Jersey
I made an order on July 27, 2006 on ladytycoonplace.com since i'm starting an ebay business and wanted some trendy items for cheap. The site was recommended by another wholesaler who never bought from them but saw they had good merchandise.
The website clearly states( although she might take it down now) that it only takes 3-5 to ship usps priority. after 1 week i emailed since I was tracking the order and the order status had not changed, though the site was updated twice. i received no response. i then called the customer service number given and the voice mailbox was full listing a "Carlton Applewhite" I then checked the address of the company with the post office website and the address DID NOT EXIST!! I emailed again, after 2 weeks and no response and no change to my item status.Long story short ,I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back and after checking here i seen other people with the same problem.
Please dont be a victim, stay away from this website and these foul people. They took all their contact info off the website ( even though most of it was fake ) and they do not have a legit business. Be careful people and good luck!!!
