I have been investigating claims through my insurance company for over a year ! BEWARE !!!!!!!! Lake Erie Dental is very much aware of their "mistakes" !! Dr. Kevin is behind every "mistake" as I also was given a porcelain crown. The insurance coverage does not cover the porcelain crown and you are charged the difference as long as the staff notes in your file that you agree. Dr. Kevin told me that he does not use the regular crowns ! Therefore more money for him ! Recently found out that the staff forged a waiver and put it in my file stating that I agreed to paying the extra money. When I asked for a copy of the waiver and information concerning crown pricing, I was ignored for 8 months. When I threatened to report the case, lo and behold after 8 months, I was given a refund. They have been sending in OLD claims that are not covered to try to collect off my children's accounts when I have already paid those bills. The office has not been the same since Karen left. Sue has not a clue !!!!!!!!!
Dr. Kevin is in alot of Hot Water !! He needs to settle his office staff down !!

Originally an unhappy customer, I want to thank Dr. Kevin Sambuchino, D.M.D. for being a stand up guy and resolving the situation. It turns out Dr. Sambuchino was neither aware of the situation nor how it escalated with his staff. He sent a thorough email, providing both understanding and an acceptable solution. He also assured me that he would review the practice regarding insurance, to ensure that his staff provides the best possible service in the future. THANK YOU to Lake Erie Dental and Dr. Sambuchino for his timely response and satisfactory solution, we WOULD return again!
