My family has also been unable to get a security deposit returned from Lakes Vacation Rentals/Jeremy Nord. He emailed that he was sending it (twice) and never followed through. After months of trying to get in touch through e-mail and phone calls, he has not given any reason for the delay in keeping this contract agreement.
