Lakewood Land Company Not at all the deal they advertise. Bait and switch scheme Knoxville , Tennessee
Found other victims on here that have been taken "advantage" of. This company is very misleading in their advertisements and do not in the very least own up to what they say. They are rude and dishonest in their practices. There is at least 50 sales representatives on the day of the sale "helping you" choose your property but they they to act like it is not a aggressive sales approach but when you tell them you are not interested or do not want to look any longer they continue to pester you. Get a Realtor that is certified and do it the conventional way. You will be able to take your time and get a much better deal I can promise you that!!!
