Lambert Private Equity / Joseph Lambert - fraud. He and his so called fund does not have the money he claims. He offers to invest hundreds of millions of dollars he does not have and operates from a bedroom in his house.

If you look at this address on google maps you will see it’s a residential address. His website doesn't have a phone number, because he doesn't want people calling his house and figuring this out. He tries to hide this by putting a po box on his website.
If you are foolish enough to do a deal with him, insist that you meet him at his office and see how that works out!

Please take notice that Lambert Private Equity (“Plaintiff”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara, case number 1468847 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by “Julie” and “GSmith.” In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for contact information and any other messages that each of you have posted on Ripoff Report under those pseudonyms, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiff, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities.
You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously. If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before October 16, 2014, Whitney C. Gibson, Esq. via email ([email protected]) or facsimile (513-852-7825).

Lambert buys your stock at a discount and sells it back into the market and keeps the profit with no risk. The company says they have an investor, which while technically correct, is generally used for propoganda purposes.
More popularly known as Death Spirals, most companies avoid these fundings and especially groups like Lambert
Private Equity.
