Been using Lamnia VPN since 2014. Annoying habit of resetting passwords which leaves you with authentication failure. After prepayment for a year in advance, the authentication failure became permanent and their customer service either did not respond or failed to resolve the authentication failure. I definitely feel ripped off and will be contacting my bank to dispute the payment. Think twice before you sign up for 'tis service.

I am very confused by this comment as we have not changed anyones password in the last 3 years! As our security system was updated so this was not needed.
