I've been with Lamnia for a couple of years. Some of the time they are fine, but occasionally they change passwords without letting customers know, lose your account so you have to put in all new ID's, passwords and secret passwords, and it usually takes anywhere from a few days to several days to restore service.

They've changed my passwords yet again and I can't connect.  When I contacted on-line technical support, the person at the other end wanted to know if I had was stupid or just thick.  There was no offer of help, no explanation, just a repetition of "Are you stupid or thick?"

I've now done enough research to know that there are better VPN companies out there, and they cost less. Do your research but avoid Lamnia.

We have been providing VPN's worldwide since 2007, verified by Paypal since 2008. If this is a genuine report would we really be still in business if we behaved this way.

Remember you have no way of checking this comment is genuine. We feel it isnt. However you can check whether we are verified by Paypal and have been for over 9 years !!

Which do you trust, an uncertified comment or the biggest payment processor in the world.

This is a genuine complaint and I fully understand the customers complaint and feelings.

As you can see the customer had been with us for several years so we must have been providing a quality service for him to have stayed for so long.

The situation concerned a late night call he made to our Live support. Our operator who was on duty that night was being hounded by so called friends on our live support making false enquiries and spoof chats.

She genuinely felt she was talking to one of her friends when she made those comments. We have since parted with her services for our live support.

Refunded the customer a whole years fees and offered the customer a whole years free service Total value 130.

Although we are devastated by the unprofessional service in our name. We have done everything humanly possible to deal with matter that was out of our control.
