Lancaster partners This is a scam company ripping off innocent people and should not be allowed to get away with it stockport, United Kingdom
This company are complete fraudsters who are conning people into placing adverts in a police diary which i do not believe goes into circulation.
A salesman came into my premises whilst we were building and decorating prior to opening a few months later. He tried selling me some advertising space which i was too busy to discuss so he asked me for my details ie address and mobile number in order that someone from this company would contact me at a later date to discuss any advert i may want to place if any - no-one called me but decided to send me a proof which they put together without speaking to me and used my private mobile number and my partners number on this proof and no details about my business apart from the name as they never discussed anything with me - we called them to say that we do not authorise any advert but they went ahead and supposedly printed it in a so called police diary.
Although i was furious that they printed our private numbers we never received a single call which is why i thought this was a non existing publication. I also believe that they superimposed my signature onto a non-cancellation contract which someone filled in at a later date - a half page price of 290. which i would never had agreed to.
I NEVER agreed to any advert of any size. If i had i would have given the business phone number not my private number. What an absolute scam this company is - they are getting away with fraud. The annoying thing is i have had to go to court and the judge was completely on their side and i have been ordered to pay them for something i never agreed to.

The person who wrote the report says that they believe the diary is not circulated, this is not true and if the they had telephoned the Police Federation which they did have the contact details for
they would have confirmed that the diaries are produced and circulated.
When the agent called he discussed the diary with the person and explained the agreement, he never said
that someone would telephone them regarding the advert. A proof was sent to the person asking them for updated copy which they did not give us.
The accusation that the signature was superimposed on the the Advertising Contract is quite frankly ludicrous as the person who wrote this report also filled in a large part of the Advertisement Contract. We are not a scam company or produce anything fraudulently.
Finally the person mentions about going to court and that the Judge was on our side. The Judge had the statements and facts from both parties and was impartial to both parties but found in our favour because
of the accuracy of our evidence and because of the inaccuracies in this persons case, who clearly told some untruths which were completely refutable. If the Judge had thought we were at fault he would have found in favour of the person that wrote the report, he did not!
