I first want to say that I owned/grew up around large Purebred dogs all my life. This was to be My first Purebred kitten. However, I have owned a rescue kitten.
I started looking for a Ragdoll Breeder in October of 2009 locally. When I could not find one in this area I decided to go online. People need to know this woman has been shut down before for her disregard and abuse of this gorgeous breed. She constantly, in every email, would tell me that she "is due a new camera" and "no money right now to buy a new one" when I asked for pictures of the kittens. Finally, when I received pictures....The kittens have cloudy eyes and She proudly displays on her website that the kittens are on "flea control". On January 3,2010 her website stated
For the safety of over the internet selling all those customers who visit the home of Landmark ragdolls must present valid idenitication in the form of Drivers license and sign a guest book.
I have never heard of a breeder asking for a drivers license but maybe thats a new thing? LOL
Cindy stated :I am a TICA member and I signed a code of ethics which prevents me from providing you with registration paperwork until the kitten is at least six months old and proof of spay/neutor sent back to me. I do not believe in spaying/neutoring a infant kitten. If you cannot afford to spay/neutor can you afford owning one of my kittens?
but This is in response to me because I asked her for the pedigree of the Parents & Why she does not Spay/Neutor her kittens as some - not all - breeders do before sending kittens to their new homes. Now....Asking for the Pedigree caused a severe Stink and she got really defensive. She believed that I was asking for her Registration papers with "bad intentions"

however; if your not breeding and you are buying a pet a pedigree means nothing to you. I spoke with several breeders and we agreed to not send my business tica registration papers to prevent someone i do not know from falsely using this information to sell kiittens using my paperwork. If in the future my cats are on someones website with false claims i have a very good attorney who will first issue a $600 letter that the receiver is responsible for paying for the cost of that letter. Its a warning. these TICA numbers are as sacred as a social security number.I was not going to start breeding tomcats or ally cats to pass them off as purebreds. My Husband is a Non Commisioned Officer in the United states military and I am not going to LIE about ally cats, passing them off as purebreds to ruin his military career. NONSENSE!!!Breeders don't do it to make millions! HA!
I am just accustomed to asking for a Pedigree to see champion lines and history of the kitten I am making my new family member. I also do not understand how My kittens "family history" & "medical history" mean nothing to me.
Basically all I am really saying is learn learn learn everything you can about whatever breed you decide to go with. Insist on knowing the history of the parents - It will save you many a headache in the longrun. Why would I buy a kitten without knowing its history only to have to spend My hard earned money on getting the kitten healthy or treating problems that could have been prevented from the beginning.AVOID THIS BREEDER!!

When your a breeder be prepared for every fruit flake nut to attack you. This person was never at my home, i never sold them a kitten and they harassed me for months. Maybe part of PETA or another rescue group or maybe they hate people who breed purebreed cats. TRUST me a state and county legal cattery is inspected by the government. The county has asked me to go commercial and i declined. I am a hobby breeder.
This complaint came from a military person with PSTD. I work for the county and I am still a cattery and I am reputable.
No more comments. I am off to work. I developed allergies to ragdolls.

I find it funny that over 5 years any complaints have been filed. Cindy jones will find "your" business and try to slander you as well as say you are slandering her and stalking her. I think she needs to quit selling cats. By the way. Her new cattery is heart of gold siberians. In case anyone wants to try and actually get a kitten, if you can get through the insanity.

Disclaimer: A cyber attack has been launched against me by a consumer, that i was uncomfortable selling a kitten to. I did not sell her a kitten, I didnt take a deposit, nor did she ever visit my home or even see my kittens in person. She is stalking me on the internet and listing slanderous information on many different internet sights. Please feel free to phone me in person to discuss with me about my kittens and myself.
I am a laid off Legacy BellSouth employee with a outstanding work history. I have been seeking to find employment since 2008. Any employer viewing this report should know that here I am the victim.

Good morning! For you to be worrying about my opinion says a lot about you. But the proof is in the pudding as it is said. I will be speaking with the Judge Advocate General today in reference to what an attorney can do to me for an open ended complaint and an opinion. If you had nothing to worry about then what is the problem? Simple questions lead to this and I have all the needed information from the emails that you have sent me (all of the emails) from my requests. I told you that I was not a breeder because I am in the military and you still didn't want to give me the information because you believed that I was going to falsely use the information. My husband is in the military and can be thrown in jail for falsifying a business and lose his career. All I wanted to know was that I was receiving grade a kittens. Instead you wanted to make me out to be some kind of animal that wanted to start a cattery when I told you was not my intensions. You made it out to be ill, not me. RE: We are an excellent representation of Our Brothers and Sisters in Arms. A fine example that We will not be "Duped" out of our money. We stick together and will not allow each other to fall. Army of One - Service to all - and Proud that We blew the whistle. More public information/update coming soon. I am waiting for a few phone calls and will post the information here.
