 Bought truck in November drove it for 3 weeks was having trouble with tal was told intake air manifold was cracked . So parked truck my wife called lantern motors and told her too bad that we bought truck as is . It's costing us almost 300 to fix it with Ford so I can have a two year warranty on the work and parts. They told me it was damaged when lantern sold me the truck . I had to park truck and still make payments. They told me they woul honor repairs on truck when I bought it. I had cancerous tumors removed so needed a truck to get me back and forth to work. They were rude to my wife and would not buy another truck from this disreputable dealer they are liars.

You know when you have a buisiness sometimes money isn't is as important as the customer . Would love to talk to owner but we were told they didn't have to deal with us and it was our problem . Scott was the salesman . You know when I was sick with the cancer I sold my truck and was up front and honest on what I had worked on it and what it needed done . I would call that honest character but not Lantern motors. I will never send or buy another vehicle from them ever again. Again gonna cost me over two grand that we don't have and still paying payments even though can't drive it. That sucks and thanks Lantern motors

 First off, you can put away the health sympathy card. That game isn't going to work here. (Notice the word is "going" and not "gonna" ". The buying process included YOU signing the disclosure sheet which told you an "As Is" purchase means there is NO WARRANTY and YOU are on the hook for any repairs. As per that disclosure sheet, YOU are not ENTITLED to free warranty service. It was YOU who took the gamble of buying an "As Is" car. Perhaps YOU should have been a smarter consumer. You say you are a "business" owner? It would be to your benefit to learn about sentence structure, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Complaints written like yours go into the "illiterate" drawer.
