I rented a trailer from Larry Danell in Oct. 2015, he came to my place wanted to sell me a pickup I was buying it 150.00 amonth for 17mos. I paid on the 1st of every month with my rent.in Feb. 17 I pd. It off he refuged to give me title the cops would do anything about it told me civil matter. The truck got impounded in June 17 he went and got the truck don't how he wasn't registered owner he didn't tell me about getting the truck he kept the truck and now won't give it back.Now he's selling it to another one if his tenants.
He took my fifth wheel hitch and sverything in the truck won't give it back. I have all the receipts that shows I pd.the promissory not I signed. For 2,550 I ended up paying 3,150 for the total. I seen the truck at the store so I took the truck a week later I see my nephew who is a police officer outside he made me give it back. I just want my truck back Larry Danels stold 3,150 from me I'm 61yrs old I live on a fixed income now I have to depends on someone to take me everywhere and that hard Ive missed doctors appointments. 7
