Las Vegas Actionable Awards Program fraudulent mail sweepstakes scam call the postal inspector for that Las Vegas post office at (702) 796-5272 and report the crime Las Vegas Nevada

They are a complete fraud and the Las Vegas post office where the P.O. box is located is aware of them. If you've recieved a letter from LVAAP, please call the postal inspector for that Las Vegas post office at (702) 796-5272 and report the crime.
Did you know that this fraud has been going on since 2004 and the post office has been aware of it the whole time?
My question is: WHY can't they stop these crooks from ripping off innocent people???
How hard is it to locate the P.O. Box and watch for anyone who opens it and removes the $20.00 money orders and checks??? PLUS, someone has to pay rent on the P.O. Box ... WHO is it? I guess the solution seems simple to me but when I've contacted the post office down in Vegas, they just tell me they are aware of it and watching the people. I've also tried to report it to the Las Vegas police department and all they do is refer me back to the post office! Why aren't these theives being arrested and charged with a Federal Offense? That's what it is!!!
