Run from this place!  Everyone be aware.  You are better off parking on the street in the ghetto.  I over heard one tenant commenting on a clients car after he left, how it was a nice car to drive!  Why are they driving our cars? Worst than that, they solicit you to write great reviews with a bribe for a free car wash.  But in reality everyone should listen to the bad reviews and just ignore any good reviews.  They are probably friends, employees or the owners.

This is a very real experience of Lax Park on Bellanca in Los Angeles  CA.  I made the reservation online.  The price was not as advertised so I called and talked to a very rude lady who had zero time for me.  That should have been my first clue, but I was in a rush.  So I parked there for 10 days.  The transport van was a run down smelly piece of junk but it got me to the airport on time. 

The fun starts when you get back.  The wait was long, but at least they do pick you up in the same stinky shitty van.  My car was out front and waiting for me.  Thank God it was a 6 hour flight and midnight, I was tired and just wanted to get home and get to sleep.   I had an appointment at 9 am the next morning.  So I paid the inflated price that was not the original quoted price and gave a tip.  My car never started ever again, until I had a mechanic repair it. 

I went in and asked the lot attendant if he indeed drove my car to this spot.  He said yes he did and that it started right up and drove well!  So he was the last person to start and drive my car.  After an hour of me trying everything to get home, I called AAA to see if they could get it started.  Needless to say,  I had to have my car towed away to a mechanic shop.  Then  rent a car just so that I could finely get home.  At 4 am I finely arrived home for my 9 am appointment.

After paying well over 2 hundred dollars to repair my car and  rent a car for 3 days.  I contacted Lax Park, of course they never responded to my calls or emails after they found out there was a problem.  Then they had the nerve to blame me.  Remember I asked if they drove my car to the pick up spot, and they said yes.  So how is this my fault?  So lets review this.  In their mind I wanted to pay for  shitty service, pay more than the quoted price, arrive beat down tired at midnight to have my car not working.  Hang around for hours and spend over 2 hundred dollars to get home by 4 am to be at my appointment on time.  All for why?  I just asked for them to reimburse me for the repair and the rental, all at their hands.  I was still going to eat the gas, taxi fare and the fact that they put me way out and took a day of my busy life away to return the rental and pick up my car..  All in their hands. Any legit business would try to at least compromise on some deal.  That is just smart business.

They denied any responsibility.  In fact they blamed me for the damage that they admitted to.  They acted as if I was trying to get over on them or make money off this ordeal.  They did on their behalf offer me a free car wash the next time I used there shitty service, to pay more than the quote and have them damage my car again, but at least they did offer a free car wash!!!!!!!!

Dream on you crazy crooks.  Any person who is thinking of using this place, do so at you own risk.  I am sure that you will be VERY sorry.
