LBC Mundial Corporation, http://www.teamlbc.com/, LBC Mundial Money Remittance are quick to charge and accept money but they slow to follow the aggrement. Ripoff! South San Francisco California; Internet
My experience with this company made me so pissed. I always used their money remittance service every month to send money to Philippines. During those time, they were always 2 or 3 days late for delivering the money to my recipient. I thought, it's OK, since they are the only money remittance close to where I live.
But this last one incident made me so angry. It's been 11 days and they haven't send the money yet. I called their main office and all they said was "sorry , we will call our office in manila". What the f~, that's all you can say. My elderly parents have been waiting for that money, it's for their medicine and food. What the h~ll is keeping you from delivering my hard earned money on time you promised?
They have the highest service fee and they are the slowest in terms of delivery. If you guys can't follow what you said is 3-4 days service, I suggest you don't accept people's money, that's very rude and unprofessional. I will never again use any of their service. They sux so much!
