I ordered a free sample of Le Allure serum, it then asked for my card information then took me to two other pages for moisturizer and eye cream, there was no way to back out so I selected each one thinking I could empty my cart but it automatically placed the order.  I recieved the order and a couple of weeks later two transactions were deducted from my account, $97 and $98 both from Le Allure.  I called the number provided and the employee stated she could only refund 30% of what was charged to my account.  When I told her I did not authorize the charges she avoided the questions and kept asking how I liked the cream, then said she couldn't hear me as though we had a bad conection.  Right before I disconected I said there would be a class action lawsuit.  She then called me back three times within two minutes, the number she called back on was not the same that was provided so I didn't answer (925 111-1111).
