I am writing to state that we are not sure who the complaint may have come from as they had chosen to remain anonymous??? Needless to say, we currently have several Reverse Mortgage campaigns running, of which, ALL have been dealing with us for over 4 months with nothing more to say than, "Please send as many leads per day as you can!" We operate with integrity and provide transparancy along the way on each and every campaign that we run. I am not sure if this may be a sour competitor or not, but would certainly like the opportunity to know who the author of this bogus complaint might be.
With more than 40 years combined experience in the mortgage vertical, the three partners of Lead Wholesalers certainly understand the frustration of being on the buying end of a BAD marketing campaign. We currently have dozens of long lasting clients that have been using our products and services for more than 6-12 months which of course have hit small bumps along the way until we found the vein that works for their organization and built upon that success. When we do offer a campaign that may not have been as successful as others provided for that group, we have always stepped up to the plate and have made good at our cost, not the clients.
So again, it is in my opinion that the person who had composed this complaint had chosen to remain anonymous due to the fact that it is just not fact and more so fiction, as if there was a problem, we would have made good on the problem and would have either replaced the campaign or had refunded the client, which is not typical with any of our competitors. This is the first time we have heard of this complaint and addressed it immediately and would request that the author take the time to communicate with one of the partners if in fact the complaint is even true. AGAIN, we are running numerous reverse mortgage campaigns, (as well as MANY forward mortgage campaigns), and all of them are extremely satisfied and can't seem to get enough of the quality we currently provide.
