Complaint Review: Leah Winikler Harold Winkler - Hickory North Carolina

The AKC refersal on the dog that Leah Winkler got from me has already been scanned and is an attachment to the original report I filed on them.  Read it in black and white from AKC.  She forged my name, falsified documents and ABUSED the animal - I have e-mails she sent confirming she was abusing the dog.  Grow up Leah.  Now I see a report that she has died - that is hilarious - she is still alive and ripping people off.

NO HAROLD IS NOT A PUPPY MILL DEBBIE KERN F'ED THEM WITH ALL HER LIES AND MADE UP STORIES AND HOW ARE THEY TO SELL ANY PUPPY WITH HER CRAP SHE GOES AROUND TELLING? LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, YA IT IS NOT UPDATED FOR ONE. TWO, LOOK AT THE AGES OF THE LITTER PUPS RIGHT THERE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT DEBBIE KERN AND WHAT SHE IS DOING AND ALWAYS UP TO. WHAT IS SO FUNNY YOU SEE ALL THESE KENNEL WEBSITES THAT SAY AKC INSPECTED, WELL GUYS WHAT HAROLD HAS NEVER BEEN INSPECTED DOES THAT TELL YOU ANYTHING AT ALL?

AKC ONLY INSPECTS PUPPY MILL HOMES THAT HAVE MULTIPLE LITTERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. NEVER ONCE HAVE THESE BREEDERS EVER BEEN INSPECTED CALL AKC AND ASK THEM YOURSELF.

HAROLD AND LEAH BOTH HAD CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS PASS AWAY JUST RECENTLY AND DEBBIE KERN WAS STILL EMAILING THEM DIRECTLY OF ALL KIND S OF STUFF WHILE THEY WERE GOING THROUGH MOURNING OF THE LOSS OF THEIR LOVED ONES AND DEBBIE WOULD NOT STOP. I AM TELLING YOU DEBBIE KERN IS THE MOST HATED PERSON IN USA FOR DOING WHAT ALL SHE IS DOING TO INNOSCENT OTHERS THAT HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO HER. ACTUALLY HAROLD AND LEAH DONT EVEN KNOW HER NOR EVER BOUGHT A DOG FROM HER EVER IN HER LIFETIME. DEBBIE IS REALLY LOSING IT!

Makes up whatever stories that she wants to believe for she does not know anything for the truth of the matter. She is going to Hell that is for sure being it is pretty clearly all over the internet what she does to others. Leah Winkler is now operating under another name - she is now North Carolina Import Goldens.  I got a letter today from her, or probably someone in her family, because they could spell (partially) and didn't use numerous curse words and tell me I was going to burn in hell. 

If you are buying a puppy from or selling a dog to North Carolina Important Goldens you should read all about Leah Winkler in the previous reports filed with this and other sites.  Copies of the forged AKC papers are available for viewing as well as a copy of the contract she originally signed and the one she "doctored" up.  To this date I do not know what she has done with the precious puppy she purchased from me.  The last I heard she informed me she was abusing her daily - I can back that up with copies of the e-mails she sent me telling me she was beating the "sh.." out of her daily.

BUYER BEWARE....her website shows she has three or four litters of puppies at this point in time - but she isn't a puppy mill is she??  You decide.  Ask her to PROVE when the last time she had a dog in the show ring.  Ask for PROOF - not just her word.  Her word isn't worth anything.  She lied to me when she was purchasing a puppy from me.  AKC went so far as to reverse the registration on the female I sold her (fortunately before the puppies were born).  She bred her under age, without clearances and in breach of the contract. 

Also ask Leah Winkler about her criminal background.  There is plenty of available proof out there as to her criminal activities (shop lifting seems to be her specialty).

Leah Winkler was Frosty Paw Goldens.  I accidentally used Snowy Paws Goldens - Rushell is the owner of Snowy Paws Goldens and she has had her own set of nightmares with Leah.  I seem to get the two of them confused when writing because Leah imitated Rushell's kennel name (Snowy vs. Frosty) after her battle with Rushell.

Debbie might want to consider talking to the police about the threats that Lea has made to her and her family in these posts.  Perhaps a visit from her local police department will remind her that she does have to take responsibility for her actions here.

BTW, Lea (Leah) - since you insist on bringing God into nearly every post you make, may I suggest that you read the following:  Mathew 7:12 says "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets"  You might also want to check out Mathew 15:11 "It is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person." and Colossians 3:8 "But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips."

This family owns 3 goldens, how can 3 goldens be a puppy mill kennel for they do not own any kennels at all their dogs are in their houses and in their beds living on 5 1/2 acres and they have a nice home in AZ too....gosh this really urks me seeing that this crazy woman will NOT stop with this from 2008-2009, isn't this 2011?

CALL AKC yourself and call GRCA too, they will tell you what you need to know about the Winklers and what awesome people they are that breed very healthy puppies from birth on and are the ONLY ones in USA that give such wonderful health genetic guarantees on all their puppies 2-3 years plus hips elbows heart and eyes. How many other breeders will do that? NONE!
