Lease Finance Group failure to disclose info, Harrassment ripoff Chicago Illinois
on may 7th.2007 I signed a contract with lfg I made two payments and found that it was not working for me.I am disabled now and can't work. I stopped paying them. They never disclosed to me that each time I used the mastercard machine I would be charged a long distant phone call. I was also high preasured to sign the contract by the salesman bud sanville telling me I would make lots of money. Bull used it 4 times in 2 months.
Now the are harrassing me at lease 6 times a day or more and they have told me they will ruin my credit which is excellant. It has only been 40 days, not 90 days. The harrassment continues and is causing me a stress. When I have customers in my office they call and harrass causing a disruption in the client conversation. I have contacted a lawyer and am concidering a law suit, possibly a class action suit.
