LED OUFITTERS did not ship replacement light.I e-mailed and phoned over a six week period and never recieved a reply of any kind. The one time I did get thru the guy was rude and told me one was in the returns dept grat neck, New York
ON JAN 2,2010 I ORDERED A LIGHT BAR.IT WAS BACKORDERED, SO I CALLED ON JAN 4 AND SUBSTITUTED A DIFFERENT LIGHT BAR.GOT IT ON JAN8, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR SO I RETURNED IT ON JAN 12,2010. WEEKS WENT BY NO LIGHT WAS EVER SENT.STARTED TO CALL THEM ON FEB,1.2010 LEAVING NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND OVER 15 CALLS. THE ONE TIME I DID GET THRU TO A "JOHN" HE SAID NO ONE WAS IN THE RETURNS DEPT. BECAUSE IT WAS "PRESIDENTS DAY"!! I KNEW THEN THAT I WAS PROBABLY SCREWED, THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS AND MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT TO RETURN CALLS OR E-MAILS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY" JIM VAN BUREN OHIO
