Government aerospace parts manufactured for Legacy Aerospace, North Carolina. Parts were part of a PROS contract received by Legacy and contracted with us as we are are the exclusive manufacturer for this item 342986. Legacy Aerospace has been continally contacted by phone and mail to no avail since shipment 3/20/2015. Tom Kane (owner) and Vic Daniels put a down payment and guaranteed balance payment would be made upon payment by PROS payment to them. Legacy has been paid. At this point our parts are considered stolen and U.S. Government and PROS notified.

Since we had file a Ripoff Report in June we were able to get the attention of Legacy Aerospace,North Carolina which we were not able to do prior. The large amount outstanding owed by Legacy Aerospace has recently been honorably paid in full with interest by Tom Kane, their president. We would like to thank Ripoff report and Don Marshall from Air Marshall for the help and assistance to bring this problem successfully to fruition
