Placed order with LegalHerbalBudz.com/IncenseAmazon.com on January 19th. Money was taken from my account almost immediately. The website stated that the product would ship within 1-2 days paired with a tracking number. 1 week later still no shipping notification or tracking number so I sent a somewhat irritated email to the Mr. Edwin Reyes the 'owner' of the 'business.'
The next day I received what seemed to me as an automated email stating my order was 'processing.' Which I thought was simply receiving the payment and then packaging the item for shipping, this was the first red flag and the moment I just abandoned the money the I had spent. The product wasn't coming.
Email after email after email I sent this careless crook but never received a personal response, just another automated lie that order had 'shipped' 2 weeks after my initial order.
I knew it hadn't and I continued to email this scam artist expressing my distaste for people like him.
EDWIN REYES IS A CROOK plain and simple. Doesn't get anymore cut and dry. DON'T ORDER! I'm sure he owns other websites aside from these two so be careful and keep an eye out for this terrible human's name. It's now Feb. 11th and haven't heard word one from him or the site.
