This company stole my money.  

They deliverd my package to the wrong address then told me to go to that address to pick up the package, UNBELIVABLE>

 

I spoke to three different customer services representative all in-which had the incorrect information about my case.  I actually called UPS myself to have them attempt to locate the package but was told due to the contract with leisure Pro I would not be able to start the claim.

 

Only until after I called UPS and notified Leisure Pro of my effort did Leisure Pro call UPS two weeks after i notified them that they delivered my package to the incorrect address to attempt to have UPS pick up the package and re-deliver.

 

I was then told that UPS was uncessful in picking up the package and Leisure Prop told me the would not send me another package becasue they delivered the package and it was signed for.  IT WAS NOT MY ADDRESS AND THE PACKAGE WAS SIGNED BY A RIVERA NOT MY LAST NAME.

 

I actually gave the company the opportunity to resend me the package and keep my future business whereas I would not post negative reviews online nor dispute my credit card transaction.  Why they did not just do that i don not know.

 

At this time I have created two negative reviews and will continue doing so endefinately to warn other potential buyers of this fraudulent compnay.

 

Do not do business with this company.

After investigating this claim, we have learned that we shipped to the address as entered by the customer. The address was confirmed at checkout, via an order confirmation email, and via a shipping notification email, all of which the customer could have used to correct their error. We were not notified of their mistake until after the shipment was delivered to the address they told us to ship to.

We complete countless orders a day without issue, I'm sincerely sorry yours was not one of them and hope you'll give me the opportunity to fix things.
