Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I ordered this in December it's now April, and still nothing. I've called them at least 4 times to ask the status of my card. Four times they've said it was in the mail. Even when I gave them the tracking number each time, they said it was in the mail.

Four months later, I'm really irritated with the same answers. I called that same number (Customer service(678) 239-013) on 4/15/03, and ALL day it said that their volume of calls were too high, and to call back. First thing this morning, 4/16/03, I called and what do you know? NOTHING Not even a ring!

Now that I'm frustrated trying to figure out my finances knowing I had to sacrifice that $221.95 to get this d**n card that doesn't even exists in hopes that it would help me catch up with my OTHER financial obligations, I decided to call my bank and see if they could reverse the charges.

Obviously, they couldn't. They had to give me the name who is none other than LENOX CAPITAL. The number they gave me, (480)785-2262 happens to be the financial institution that processed all these transactions for them.

(First American Payment they are a legit company, who was hired by Lenox Capital to make these electronic transactions for them). Well the manager didn't know what happened to them.

They just stopped doing business with them sometime between February & March. The only contact numbers they had was none other than the FAKE customer service number you all have, a number that just rang endlessly at a DIFFERENT area code: (770)425-4549, a fax #: (770)425-2519, and last but NOT the least their Attorney's name and phone number: Kevin Ryan, (502)584-7371.

Now we have area codes in Georgia, Attorney in Kentucky, and a (678) area code that can't be located!!!

Let's flood Mr. Attorney with calls! (If the # is even real)If he really IS an attorney, he should be disbarred for supporting such a scam.

It's been 4 months (120 days), and I'm going to get my money back or keep these d**n people from continuing with STUPID scams like this. Yes, I'm stupid for excepting something that was too good to be true, but I'm sure as hell not stupid enough to let them get away with it quietly!
