On Sunday, January 13, 2013, I was on Facebook and noticed a posting with a link that was advertising a skin cream called LeParfaitSkin, as seen on the Dr. Oz show. It offered a free 14 day trial of the product if I paid postage of $2.95. When I clicked on the link, it asked for my credit card information to charge the shipping cost to.

I provided my credit card infomation and browsed over the small print, not noticing that in the small print I would automatically be enrolled in a monthly Auto-Ship program at a cost of almost $90 per month.

As soon as I realized that I had agreed to a monthly auto ship, I begin to attempt to contact the company to cancel the Auto-Ship. They were closed on Sunday, so I called on Monday. When they answered the phone, they asked the nature of my call and I told them I wanted to cancel the Auto-Ship. He asked me to hold on. When he came back to the phone, he pretended he could not hear me and hung up on me.

I called right back and got an auto response that they could not answer because of the volume of calls. Every time I have attempted to call since then, I have received the same auto response.

I then sent them an email and have gotten no reply to my email.

Another product they were advertising at the same time was Hydroderm. Each time you click on the link, it advertises a new product with the same photos showing the wrinkly reduction acheived in 14 days.

This is a scam and I don't know how to cancel my Auto-Ship. Buyer Beware!
