Finally, you probably should have stopped reading earlier if you were attempting to evaluate the writer - there may always be more detail than an effective police command. The TPD was literally eight (8) blocks off in the home address of the last U of A related murderer that this writer effectively turned in - the the court records (it's 13th street, not 5th street for the residence of another UA Professor's daughter used for and convicted of attempted murder.
