I wanted to add that I have been contacted by email since I posted this comment and Let's Get Social have been processing a refund to my credit card.
Therefore, the issue seems to have been resolved.

In all fairness, I would like to ask that you please post back here once you've confirmed that a refund has been credited to your account.
